How it works

- We start with a consultation call, so we understand your problem.
- We tell you the price before any work begins. You decide.
- We walk you through each step over the phone, at your pace.
What it costs
- $29 for a consultation call.
- Most phone-only cases need $299 Full support, because we stay on the phone with you through every step. Smaller problems may fit $149 Guided recovery. Your $29 counts toward either one.
Phone-only help is hands-on, one-on-one time, so it costs more than the $12 monthly membership, which is for people who can follow steps on a computer or phone screen.
The price depends on how serious the problem is. We always tell you first.
How to pay
- A family member can pay for you online.
- Or mail a check. We give you the mailing details on the call.
We will never ask for your card number, bank password, or PIN over the phone. If anyone calling "from Kravitz Control" asks for those, hang up. We never call you first.
If money is leaving your account right now, call your bank, credit union, or credit card fraud line first. Use the number on the back of your card. This is not an emergency service.
