Terms of Service

Draft — last updated October 2026

1. What Kravitz Recovery is

Kravitz Recovery is an educational guidance service from Kravitz Control. We give general checklists, call scripts, and coaching to help you take recovery steps yourself. We are not a bank, law firm, credit bureau, government agency, or insurance company, and nothing we provide is legal, financial, or tax advice. We also do not provide computer repair, cleanup, or technical support for computers, phones, or other devices.

2. You stay in control

You decide which steps to take and you take them yourself. We never log in to your accounts, move money, or contact companies on your behalf. You are responsible for your own decisions and for confirming any information with your bank, the company involved, or a licensed professional.

3. No guarantees

Every hack is different. We cannot guarantee that you will recover money, regain access to an account, stop future fraud, or reach any particular result. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", and guidance may be incomplete or become out of date.

4. Never share secrets

Do not send us passwords, PINs, full card or account numbers, or Social Security numbers. We will never ask for them. If someone claiming to be us asks, hang up and call the number on our How to know we're real page.

5. Limit of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kravitz Control is not responsible for any lost money, lost data, identity theft, fraud, or other indirect or consequential loss related to a hack or to your use of Kravitz Recovery. If we are ever found responsible, the most we will owe is the membership fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

6. Membership and cancelling

Membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

7. Fair use

Please be respectful to our staff. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, harass staff, or use it for anything illegal.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
