Privacy Policy

Draft, last updated October 2026

The short version

We collect only what we need to help you recover. We never sell your information. We never ask for your passwords, PINs, or full card numbers. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

What we collect

Your name and email address. Your phone number, only if you choose to give it. Your progress through the recovery steps you complete. What you tell us in your own words about what happened, when you fill in a recovery plan or ask for help. Basic sign-in activity, such as when you last signed in, so we can keep your account working.

Why we collect it

To build your recovery plan and remember where you left off. To answer your help requests and, for paying members, to connect you with your specialist. To keep billing and membership working. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it or rent it to anyone.

About the computer assistant that drafts plans

When you ask for a personal recovery plan, your description goes to an AI service we use, and the AI helps draft your plan from your own words. We review and organize the result before you see it. Do not include passwords, PINs, full card or account numbers, or Social Security numbers in anything you type to us. We will never ask for those.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We see your name, email, and membership status so we know when your help requests are covered.

Who else sees your information

Only the companies we need to run the service: the company that keeps the app and database running, our payment processor, and the AI service that helps draft plans. They are only allowed to use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, such as in response to a court order.

Email and phone

Everyone can email us. We answer payment questions from everyone, but support emails about hacks or scams are answered only for paying members. Members also get a direct phone line to their specialist. That phone number stays private until someone becomes a member. If you ask us to call you, we keep the name, phone number, and anything else you type into that form only long enough to call you back and answer your question.

How long we keep things

We keep your information while your account is open and for a reasonable time after, in case you come back or need records for your bank. When you ask us to delete your account and information, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to see your information, correct it, or delete it. Email info@kravitzcontrol.com and we will take care of it. You can also cancel your membership anytime from your account page.

Keeping your information safe

We use encryption and the security tools built into the services we run on, and we keep the amount of sensitive information we hold as small as we can. No system is perfect, so we also ask for your help: never send us passwords, PINs, full card numbers, or Social Security numbers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with the date. If a change is important, we will tell you by email.
